Recruitment

At the beginning of each semester, Alpha Kappa Psi holds recruitment events to take on new members. The events include both social and professional aspects to allow you to better understand what the Fraternity stands for, as well as for the Fraternity to better understand prospective members. The recruitment process lasts about two weeks.

Events

Information Nights- This is your chance to learn about AKPsi and what we do on campus.

Informal Meet the Chapter- This is an informal get-together such as a barbeque. This is your chance to meet as many brothers as possible, and of course, have some fun!   

Formal Meet the Chapter- This event takes place after the application process is complete. This event is more professional and gives the brothers a chance to get to know you not just as a person, but as a student and professional as well.

Interviews- There are also a round or two of interviews; one informal and one formal.

The recruitment process may seem overwhelming at first, but we take pride in choosing the best of the best students here at Miami. We encourage you to come see what we're all about!

Currently, our fall recruitment process has ended, but make sure to check back in the spring for our recruitment dates!
